Halloween Costume parade

Town of Dudley Halloween Spooktacular SpOokY Parade starts at 4pm at the Library!

Police escorted SPOOKY PARADE: Children gather at the Library, in costume and march up Brandon Rd. to the Town Hall.

Costume prizes: Scariest, Funniest, Most Unique, DIY & Family Costumes
