We need your help to create a summer art mural for the library, designed by local artist Lisa Kretchman.

How does it work? Lisa will design all the pieces and you select the one you like best. Next, fill in the design with your favorite art medium (pencils, paint, charcoal, crayons, etc.). When its finished we will add it to the other pieces, and presto—we have extraordinary artwork to admire for the remainder of the summer!  An unveiling of the finished community  art mural will be celebrated at the end of summer reading.

There will be a total of 100 pieces which will be completed for August. We hope to have artists of all levels, beginners, advanced and the non-artists too! It's all about COMMUNITY.

 Lisa will be here to help execute the designs on June 28th and/or July 1, or you can work on your piece at home and return it to the Library when it's finished.
